I generally try to post a few recipes for the week using up the more abundant or weirder produce. Instead, this week I spent many hours going through old posts tagging recipes by vegetable. See the tag cloud on the right side of the blog here, and you can sift through the many many ideas we’ve had over the years. I’ll put direct links here here here and here to the most helpful recipes for greens, because we’re going to have plenty of those for the next little while. Properly stored (wrapped in paper towel then plastic), they all keep for at least a week, but that can work against you come the next weeks arrival.
