Winter 2013 Week 6 (Jan 9th)

There’s a few fun things in there this week! I see a root soup or root roast (parsnips, carrots, potatoes, beet). The winter squash chunk looks like a “cheese pumpkin” or “cinderella”; it has sweet, firm flesh and is good for roasting.
