David has been focusing on the quality control for box packing this week. He’s phased out the bean sprouts (the warm temps are sending them slimy too quickly), and he personally sorted through all of the carrots and onions to remove any bad “apples” that the guys were missing. I hope you all find things improved, and that you’re enjoying the produce so far.
