Spring 2014 Week 5 (April 29th)

Smaller week than last, and I’m guessing a couple things were a little limp.  That’s because several crops were actually frozen this morning.  The team couldn’t harvest the chard at all, but it was just fine once it thawed out this afternoon.  Several patches of field were simply too wet to get into. Pull off any frozen or damaged leaves before putting things away this evening.  Next week we can look forward to sorrel and rhubarb.
