It will keep pretty well in the fridge (couple weeks) if you cut off the leaves and the bottoms, wash it and dry it, and keep it in a clean bag. Rhubarb is good for things other than strawberry pie — I’ll give some suggestions today or tomorrow that go beyond our “What we grow” page.
