Spring 2014 Week 6 (May 6th)

Rhubarb! And all of our usual green, spring things. If you need a few pointers on the rhubarb, check here. It will keep pretty well in the fridge (couple weeks) if you cut off the leaves and the bottoms, wash it and dry it, and keep it in a clean bag. Rhubarb is good for things other than strawberry pie — I’ll give some suggestions today or tomorrow that go beyond our “What we grow” page.
