The frozen tomatoes are good for cooking with — a little taste of summer, probably pulled from the vines a couple weeks ago. Kohlrabi are good raw or cooked, added to salads, soups, or sautes. The winter squash will roast well, and is a great base for soup. The brussel sprouts will also roast well, particularly with bacon (or with the winter squash, turnip, and onion).
