Summer 2015 Week 4 (Jul 7th)

Thank you to Helena for the pictures. A few summery things coming on this week. The chard is overflowing, and the leaves aren’t very pretty. But it is healthy and tasty. Use it like a very robust spinach — it holds up well to cooking, and has a nice, irony sweetness.
