Summer 2015 Week 6 (July 21st)

The corn is fresh enough that you don’t even have to cook it — shave it right off the cob and put it into a salad or tacos. If the turnips are building up in the fridge, you can mix them 1:1 with potatoes in a mash.

head lettuce
