Fall 2015 Week 1 (October 6th)

Welcome to the Fall season of shares from Zoe’s Garden. The first box still looks like the end of summer. If you have had a garden you will know that some crops do better than expected and others won’t even grow. Swiss chard and strawberries have been going strong all summer despite being more suited to cool weather. See last week’s post for what to do with honey and about aphids.

Small share: honey, heirloom tomatoes, raspberries, strawberries, honeydew, cantaloupe, red kale hearts, broccoli, salad greens or spinach, and swiss chard.
