Week 3 Winter 2015 (Dec 17)

Sorry for the snow-caused delay this week, we’ll have to work through our boxes a couple days faster before next week’s share. I like to steam brussels and broccolini a little before roasting so they don’t dry out. I’m a little obsessed with this soup lately, great way to use carrots, greens, winter squash in place of sweet potatoes, and this last time I added cabbage and it was still great. Spoon it over some quinoa or wild rice and raw spinach to have a complete meal in a bowl.
