Luckily garlic has many uses and benefits. Try garlic soup, garlic salad dressing ( I always use my microplane for garlic), garlic rice, garlic oil, or just plant it. Lets not overlook the honeycomb. Such a delicacy. You can eat the waxy comb, spreading it on crackers or bread helps with the texture. I think this first, tender romain of the season deserves some homemade caesar dressing.
