Summer 2018 Week 1 (June 5th)


Kohlrabi, miniature romain, bok choy, cilantro, chinese broccoli, broccoli, bok choy, chinese snow broccoli, nappa cabbages, radish, pea shoots, asparagus, carrots.

Hello summer members. Here are some ideas for the Chinese greens.  I had this Mexican-inspired salad at a recipe group and loved the dressing that should use all that cilantro, romain, and radishes. Kohlrabi can be roasted, spiralized, pureed in soup, or in a slaw with cilantro like this. Try a pasta, risotto, flat bread, or frittata with asparagus and pea shoots.
