Winter 2018-19 Week 3 (Dec. 18th)


Banana squash, soy bean sprouts, sunflower microgreens, spinach, green cabbage, broccoli, swiss chard, bok choy, turnip greens, baby leek, radishes, sweet onion, red onion, garlic, yukon gold potatoes, carrots, rutabaga.

Our Thanksgiving pumpkin pie was actually a banana squash pie and nobody could tell! Last night we had Thai (Pad See Ew) using carrot, soybean sprouts, broccoli, bok choy. The noodles we found  in the refrigerated section at Southeast Asian market on 900 S. and 422 E. in Salt Lake.
