Spring 2019 Week 1 (April 9th)

Fennel, broccoli, bok choy, baby spinach, arugula, chinese broccoli, swiss chard, green cabbage, beets, kohlrabi, oinion, shallot, radishes, and asparagus.

Rain, flowers, and asparagus, it must be spring! Try a slaw with julienned kohlrabi bulb and fennel and radishes. This Pad See Ew is my favorite thing to make with the chinese broccoli, and throw in the bok choy.
